TYPICAL DISHES




New Zealand's cuisine has been described as Pacific Rim, drawing inspiration from the peoples of Europe, Asia, Polynesia and its indigenous ethnic groups, Maori. For dishes there own distinctive style of New Zealand, there are lamb, pork and venison, salmon, lobster, oysters, paua (abalone), mussels, scallops, pipi (typical vivalvo Oceania) and tuatua (whose scientific name may be Paphian Paphian subtriangulata donation and both are typical of New Zealand molluscs), kumara (sweet potato), kiwifruit, tamarillo, feijoa, Hokey Pokey Ice Cream and the famous pavlova, the national dessert considered.
